Reinforced Deepslate Rework

I think Reinforced Deepslate needs to be reworked. I just don’t see why it should be unobtainable.

I propose letting Reinforced Deepslate be mined with only a Diamond Pickaxe or higher rarity.

I also think there should be a crafting recipe. The recipe would be five normal Deepslate in a star shape, with four Bone Blocks in the corners. Honestly, this might not be the best crafting recipe, but it’s a good concept because it makes it somewhat difficult to obtain but still easily obtainable if you want it.
