The biggest problem at the beginning of the game in Survival mode is the lack of inventory slots. Digging mines, collecting wood, storing food, etc. Until you find a village or build a structure like a house, it becomes a torture due to the insufficient inventory. Even if you build a house later, even if you simply go to the nether, you have to have a lot of tools, food, etc. Before you can farm much, you have to return home, empty the inventory into the chests and go again.
My suggestion is this: Something like a Backpack or Waist bag will eliminate this problem greatly. It can be crafted from leather or any other type of material. It can provide as many free inventory slots as a single chest. After all, many new items have arrived since Minecraft was released. But an inventory development that could accommodate this many items has not yet been developed. We can equip horses with chests, dogs with armor, we can establish a trade caravan with lamas, but no one goes to fight or farm with a lama. Not much has been added to the game that would make our character in the game more functional. Although this is not necessarily a bag, you should definitely add an item that the character can wear, which provides a bag-type inventory slot into the game. Maybe these bags could be painted and patterned and people would definitely love the idea.
