Simple Respawn Tweak

Really simple idea don't have your respawn anchor completely override your bed. Say I set a bed then I set a respawn anchor I then lose the bed respawn, so here's what I purpose simply make it when you run out of glow stone for your respawn anchor you spawn in your initial bed instead of having no bed spawn set
