Some type of item magnet

I think there should be some type of, either item or enchantment that pulls items towards you. I find when I try to collect glowstone or ender dragon heads, almost 25 of them are pushed away when I break them and end up falling to the ground or in lava or in the void. This happens with other blocks to. I'm thinking you could make some type of attract orb that you hold in your off hand. Or enchantments you can put on your armor or tools to attract what ever block you end up breaking.
