Add ender pearls to the holdable items on the off-hand in Bedrock Edition.

Ender pearls could be very useful when gilded in the off-hand because you can throw them while in combat with a neutral/hostile/boss mob or player. Currently there are only five items that can be used in the off-hand and I want ender pearls to be the sixth item. Java players can hold ender pearls in their off-hand and bedrock players should be able to hold ender pearls in their off-hand too.

    Why not just make everything work in the offhand? It seems like one of the main features Bedrock is currently missing. With the addition of Hardcore mode, I think this should be a priority for the next big parity between the two versions.
