Permanent Ominous Trial Spawner for mapmakers in creative

If we have a permanent ominous vault, it would only make sense for mapmakers to have access to a permanent Ominous Trial Spawner so mapmakers don't need to worry about making players drink ominous potions when the intent for the map is a permanent ominous trial spawner. This would be a creative mode exclusive, and function exactly the same as a regular ominous trial spawner, except it permanently stays ominous.

    And please make permanent ominous vaults too. I have a huge dungeon crawler mini games themed mega project coming up and I need the ominous vaults with 100% of the ominous vault data available to me for that.
