Ravager with Vindicator rider should spawn in raid wave 7 in bedrock

The ravager with Vindicator rider is unused in bedrock edition and seeing it spawn in wave 7 bedrock raids would make it a lot more fun to defeat raids

  Raids should be in fact, be in parity with Java.
