Chain Lift (Floatater 2.0)

A block that functions similar to the April Fools floatater block, except it runs exclusively along chains.

Details, Thoughts, and Ideas:

you could add the standard block push restrictions to them, no pushing obsidian, and only pushing up to 12 blocks, although, if you use more of them, you can push more blocks, to make the 12 block push limit more intuitive is to make the block move progressively slower the more blocks it's pushing, and much like in the AF update, the more of them you use the faster it will go.

This would be amazing for things like elevators, imagine having a chain elevator! Could possibly even be implemented into mineshaft generation, elevators that lead down deep into the ground. Could have moving elevators and platforms like in dungeons.
