Problem with fishing on new update

Please can you fix the issue on the new update with fishing for enchanted books. I have luck of the sea but that seems pointless now. I spent two hours on there today fishing my suggestion would be to set the chances of getting enchanted books back up to what it used to be because it makes the game more frustrating than it is fun. Just a suggestion 😊. This is to do with the java mincraft update.

    Please up the chances of getting enchanting books it's made the game more frustrating than fun.
