Turn off the Enable Cheats option in LAN Worlds if playing Hardcore Mode.

So, many people have hardcore worlds, and many people die on those worlds. However lot of people decide they dont want to lose their progress and turn on LAN Worlds so they can get their world back. Turning on Hardcore Mode when starting a new world automatically turns off cheats so why should you be able to turn on cheats in a LAN World? It doesnt make sense. So disable it only for hardcore worlds.
