Bake items into cakes

The ability to bake items into cakes. The perfect way to present a present! Change the recipe for cakes to allow for items to be placed into them, so that when the cake is eaten to a certain degree, the item pops out. Also consider the ability to bake a potion into a cake, and then the potions effects affecting the cake and any players who eat it. Perhaps a poisonous potato makes the cake poisonous.
