The Breeze is both a beautiful and powerful mob, but it feels almost intentionally out of place amongst the weathered and decaying feel of the trail chambers. Almost like it's been trapped and is itself a prisoner! So, a place for the Breeze to call home that properly matches the feel of the mob would be a fitting addition. Although I would consider this a back-burner style project and not something to be added anytime soon, I believe that having a proper place for the Breeze to originate from would better suit the uniquely elemental characteristics of the mob. Particularly, this area would be associated with either wind or the sky. Whether it be a new sky structure, biome, or dimension that harbors the Breeze; tying the new mob to something wind-associated would create uniformity in a way similar to how the Blaze is expected to be found in a very hot and fiery place! Overall, although the trail chambers have clearly been designed around the awesome abilities of the Breeze, I do believe they could benefit from a unique and more natural place of origin, that better represents their very windy traits and personality.
