Hanging item frames should exist

Picture this; your friends and you just built a fantasy kingdom full of different stores and oddities, even making businesses for themselves. But there's one problem...you make a butchers shop with a hanging sign, but only state the name of the business. You don't want to add "butchers" to the name and you don't want to add an ugly block underneath to put an item frame. So what's the solution? Hanging item frames! If they were in the game, you'd be able to show off what you're selling AND display the name of your business. Able to be connected to the bottom of a hanging sign, the sides of blocks, and (as the name suggests) hang wherever you'd like. This would allow for neat little details on buntings, store fronts, and even to help locate a certain building in a large town. If this was added, it would allow for a lot more creativity and allow players alike to show off what they've got. And if it was possible, you could even add a feature to stop players from taking what's on display, same as a sign can be tamper proofed.
