add a new upgrade smithing template like netherite called "Screaming"

like how the netherite upgrade smithing template allows you to upgrade diamond items, there should be a new smithing template called "Screaming Upgrade" found in ancient cities. this would apply to crossbows with a skulk shrieker (or something else, I just can't think of anything better, possibly another new rare item added to chests) and would allow you to shoot echo shards in your crossbow to have the effect of the wardens ranged attack. this would give more of a reason to collect them from chests and generally be good for gameplay mechanics.
