The first idea is an item called a Health Determiner. When this item is in your inventory, it will let the player see the health of all mobs by revealing a numerical and/or health bar indicator above their heads. It will be crafted at a cradting table with 3 amethyst shards on the top row, 3 gold ingots on the bottom row, a compass in the middle and 2 redstone dust adjacent to the compass on the middle row. This will be informative to players in survival as it allows the player to determine the weakest enemy by health. The second idea is to add a bossbar command to bedrock (as Java already has one), so map makers can give enemies healthbars to determine a enemy of difficulty in custom maps. I think that both of these ideas will be a good addition to Minecraft as it gives players a choice to strategize in combat and target specific enemies, and allow creators to create "bosses" with the bar to make it feel more like a boss fight.
