Make Depth Strider a leggings enchantment

Currently Depth Strider is an enchantment you apply to your boots, wouldn't it be much more logical to have to apply it to leggings? You move your legs to walk more so than your feet... Plus they already recently did this with Swift Sneak, opting to make it be applied to leggings instead of boots after it was suggested by somebody. Keep Soul Speed on boots though, it makes more sense since your boots are using the souls from the soil you're walking on to go faster.
