(Bedrock Parity) Minecart Control Mechanics

The Bedrock minecart control mechanics are easier, as it is possible in Bedrock to get uphill with a minecart and some rails without the need of powered rails. In Java, to get uphill with a minecart, you need a furnace minecart or powered rails.

    It should also be possible to slow down the minecart if a minecart goes too fast in one direction. When accelerating a minecart, the minecart should have at least enough speed to go uphill without the need of powered rails. Alternatively, minecart speed can be doubled like in Console Edition.
