Whistle/summoning staff

I think to both compliment the new wolf armor and to give horses some more usefulness, the idea of being able to call them to your location would be incredibly useful. For this I had a few ideas, one being a whistle item that would cause the mob to move towards the player automatically. While the other would be a sort of ender Pearl themed item that allows you to “pick up” and place horses or wolves to summon them ((it would functionally work the same as axolotals with water buckets. I think one of the major reasons people don’t bring horses or wolves around with them is just the pain of needing to cross harsh terrain, or leaving them somewhere and needing to remember to go get them again. I think this feature would make them far more convenient to use, if you want to stop and explore a cave you could just pick up your pets then summon them again outside.
