More creative blocks

We have quite a few already, being the terracotta and concrete blocks that help a lot with choices. But we really could do with more variants alongside the walls, slabs and stairs. That being vertical slabs. I've recommended this quite some time ago and people are now agreeing. I understand how the developers have to be careful with what to add in the game, but if we had vertical slabs and horizontal slabs for concrete and terracotta blocks (maybe a few others), this would definitely up the creativity within the game.
