1.21 make the wolves move freely

Taking advantage of the fact that 1.21 added armor for wolves and also the different breeds of wolves, it would be good if they assigned an option so that when tamed they move freely around your house to give it more life

  This will be nice but it might cause wolves to get far away from their owner.
