New 1.21 stacking

the new 1.21 experimental stacking to 99. I think thats a bad idea it like takes away the minecraft nostalgia of the 64 stacking. the new stacking would be good to other games but in minecraft in my opinion it just doesn't feel right.

  The new stacking attribute is only through commands. Your stacks of 64 are safe.

  Mojang didn't change stacking in the normal game. It's possible to change the maximum stack size with the component max_stack_size. These components are available for datapack developers and the like. 99 is just the maximum of this component. The stack size in the normal game stays normal.
