Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Ender Relay

An ender relay would function similarly to a respawn anchor, being crafted with four obsidian in each corner, four popped chorus fruit on the edges, and a lodestone compass (from the end) in the center. This could be charged with end crystals and right-clicked to teleport the player to the lodestone, and if you try to utilize this block in the overworld or nether it will simply explode. This would make the end dimension easier to traverse and give a new use to netherite.
