Some balanced advice on "mace"

 I'm sorry, I'm a Chinese student and I can't speak much English, so I can only use a translator

Can you add some restrictions to mace?

Slows down attack speed and only deals additional damage when the attack bar is full

When dealing damage, lose durability by 1/10 of the damage, or more? or less?

I keep it slow when I hold it in hand(Maybe not necessary)

When the additional damage is dealt, it has a CD for a period of time

These are just my incomplete observations
