Copper Trades

To have more uses for copper, if adding a trade in the blacksmith/tool/weapon villagers that you give them copper bars for iron or iron tools would be cool so there is a use to collect it in the early game. This would help boost iron amount in the early game I think

    Making copper a trade item would make it useful for midgame and endgame too. Since I have no reason to ever craft copper tools ever again as soon as I got diamonds.
