Upward Hoppers using Breeze Rods

This is just an idea on how upward hoppers could be implemented. Some sort of recipe using wind-charges or the breeze rods and hopper materials.

This idea stems from The Breeze charging to launch it's self upward.

  Good idea, i don't know if Mojang would add it but still a good idea non the less.
