Optional Smooth Glass

There are a lot of people who are for smooth glass, and those who are against it, but why not have both? There could be a way to smelt regular glass blocks into smooth glass blocks to create smooth glass, which gets rid of the border and makes a seamless transition between the blocks. Similarly we can use smooth glass blocks to create smooth glass panes. This allows both sides to be happy and allows for both variants to be kept in the game.
