remove deactivate elytra flight by jumping on bedrock for hardcore

because hardcore is coming soon to bedrock deactivating your elytra may cause alot of deaths and its not on java the java one is safer players can still deactivate elytra on java by swapping it with chestplate (works fine for everyone)

    Or at least they could change the keybind to deactivate elytra.

    However, sometimes not being able to deactivate elytra could also be dangerous, so it could be a settings toggle.
