When the Bad Omen effect is active, trigger the raid when the player enters a village OR comes within a hundred blocks of their spawnpoint. This means if the player approaches their spawnpoint which is usually inside their base or sets a bed down anywhere to set as a new spawnpoint or sleep, a raid is triggered.
