Warden and bosses should resist mace attacks

Bosses and warden are all too easy to kill with a mace, so bosses and the warden could resist mace damage by 90%, or have a 90% chance to block mace damage.

    The wither should not resist mace attacks on Bedrock, as it would be too hard to kill on hard mode.
