Enchantment Idea - Curse of the Sea

This idea is a new curse enchantment for fishing rods. Rods enchanted with this curse are more likely to pull up 'junk' and less likely to get 'treasure'.

This curse could be obtained by buying it from villagers or fishing up a rod that is already enchanted with it. It would be mutually exclusive with its counterpart Luck of the Sea.

Curse enchantments are a fun and creative part of the game that should be utilized more and this is a perfect case of where and how a new one could be added. Some of the 'junk' items, like string, bones, and ink, are really useful.

PS: fishing is the only way to obtain string in the End dimension. I don't remember what I was building out there or why I needed it at the time, but that's how I originally thought of this idea.
