I think it's a good idea to make Warden not alone.
1. The singing lady. The singing lady doesn't harm the player, but when she meets the player, she starts singing (or screaming in a beautiful voice) and from singing she activates most of the sculk sensor and sculk shrieker. When Warden appears, the singing lady runs after the player and starts singing next to the player to lure Warden. Warden doesn't touch the singing lady, he will know it's the singing lady by her voice.
2. There may also be existing mobs that have changed into a sculk appearance. It can be a creeper, zombie, skeleton, enderman, etc.
3. The sculk worm. The worm is underground, particles come out on the surface of the stone, so it's the sculk worm. When the worm is under the player, it gets out of the stone and grabs the player with its claws, causing damage. This can serve as a complication to escape from the Varden.
There may be other skulk mobs, but this is what I can offer. I hope you liked this idea.
