1.21 Mace should break glass blocks and glass panes quickly

The mace should be the designated tool to break glass blocks (quickly/instantly). The mace (already in snapshots) is a weapon that does incredible damage to mobs through its powerful blow. However, unlike other craftable melee weapons (like the sword and axe), it does not also have a specific block to break. Glass is a material that in real life shatters at a powerful blow. In Minecraft, there is currently no tool to break glass quickly, making clearing large amounts of it at 0.45 seconds each a pain. The mace is the perfect tool to fill this gap, since it is impact-based rather than cutting-based or stabbing-based like any other weapon. This will also improve its utility to the player-base outside of combat. Some players have been asking for years for pickaxes to break glass quickly, but the mace is the perfect opportunity to satisfy the need without changing the functionality of pickaxes. Additionally, this presents the opportunity to possibly add Efficiency or Silk Touch to the mace, if they fit game balance.

  I have a stigmatism, naturally making my hand-eye coordination far blow average, so breaking misplaced glass is way more of a problem for me, and to add to that, I am currently endeavoring to make a drowned farm for a trident in my survival world, so having a glass breaking feature like this as soon as possible is definitely welcome.
