The words "modified" appearing at the top of my world in the 1.20.71 update

Since the new 1.20.71 update, among other changes, the text "modified" appears at the top instead of "generating world." When you are about to load in, it says "create" instead of the normal text. While this is a small and seemingly non-intrusive change, it bothers me and I believe it would other's too.

    The modified world occurs when you use add-ons, that is intended. However, just ‘Create’ at the end of world loading isn’t intended.
