Remove the new mobile joystick

As of today Minecraft added new joysticks and as someone who plays on iPad I hate it. They joysticks are in a completely different place where they were before and even using the new feature which lets you move the joystick around I still can’t get it back to normal. We should be able to use the old joystick if we want to and keep the new one for others who wish to use it.
