I don't get why they removed the old UI completely I liked both, but the old UI was iconic, and I was used to it.

This is a very, very good idea. Ore UI at the moment is pretty notorious for being hardcoded (unlike JSON UI) and thus, limits the amount of UI customization for resource pack makers, which is odd, considering that Bedrock has more resource pack customization than Java. (Especially for entity models) For example, what if i wanted to modify the achievements screen to have a different layout? Well, since the JSON UI file is overwritten by the ORE UI design, I can't really do anything about it. So a toggle between the Classic UI and ORE UI would be a very good idea. That, or if Mojang decides NOT to restore JSON UI, AT LEAST they should let us customize the ORE UI, not just via the layout, but also by the button textures, etc.

1: The old UI is just plain better.
2: WE COULD ACTUALLY CHANGE IT THROUGH RESOURCE PACK-
    *cough, cough*
Sorry, I just like my LCE UI.

Edit: Honestly, even just not making Ore UI as a HARDCODED RESOURCE would make us satisfied.
Once again, going back to my LCE UI point, none of the Ore UI screens are changed EVEN IF I HAVE IT AS THE ONLY PACK.
If they didn’t make it hardcoded, then the UI packs would work as they did pre-Ore UI.
Then someone online could make the old UI through a texture pack, and they could release it to the public.
    You see where I’m going?
    If not:
If they made Ore UI just the new UI and made it not hardcoded, then someone (or Mojang/Microsoft) could remake the old UI and release a pack to the world for free that gives us the old UI back. And if someone wanted to change the look entirely (like CrisXolt for the VDX packs (including the LCE one)), they could do it!
Although Microsoft probably wouldn’t like doing it, I’m sure it could get a nice amount of money. (If anything, it’s mostly Microsoft being greedy and making these changes, but Mojang also plays a small part.)
Like if a Bedrock player doesn’t recommend it to their friend/family because of the UI (hypothetical situation, the friend/family likes the LCE UI or old Bedrock UI more than the new Ore UI, but never bought it before, and now they don’t have a way to change it back), doing this change would make the entire scene for UI packs CHANGE.
(One more point: The only way to change it back was patched as of 1.21.100, so they’d NEED to make this change.)

Either add the button or release a FREE pack turns it off

Mojang probably close their ear and their eye i'm pretty sure 90% of old UI is probably now hardcoded and unchangable and 70% of resource pack now is useless meaning mobile player would eventually lose Mobile Export World Button
