Maned wolf

Maned wolves are endangered species vital to South America’s biodiversity. With the addition of several wolf variants, they would not only enrich the game’s diversity but also raise awareness about the critical conservation status of the species and symbolize the rich natural heritage of South America. Living in savanna biomes, they would uniquely contribute to Minecraft’s landscape, fostering a deeper connection between players and the extraordinary wildlife of the region. These could be tamable or not based on what the developers think is alright. They also should be very rare so they can be a cool experience when you find one. Of course they shouldn't drop any items when killed.

    The Rusty wolf is based on them, personally I think they should make the Rusty, Spotted, and Striped wolves their own mobs (maned wolf, African painted dog, and Aardwolf, respectively). Each kind would have the same base code but a special trait, like a Bane of Arthopod-like effect from Aardwolf bites.

    You have it now in update 1.21 its Just slightly different and called rusty wolf that spawn in sparse jungle
