Snow Bricks and Packed and Blue Ice Bricks

As I go through the Taigas and Snow Biomes, I don't really find a good reason to collect snow, it can be turned into Snow Golem's and snowballs, and that's about it, same with ice, besides ice bridges for boats.

This is why I think Ice and Snow Bricks would be an amazing feature, this could include slabs and stairs for the snow and ice types too. some ideas for chiseled variants include stray for the ice bricks, and polar bear for the snow bricks.
