Hay Carpet

There are plenty of photos of barn/stable floors being covered in a layer of hay, so it feels natural there should be something of the sort. Hay carpet can be crafted either with two wheat, yielding one carpet, or two hay bales and yielding 3 carpet, just like how regular carpets are crafted. When it comes to functionality, hay carpet can be a block used for animal pens, as it doubles the xp a player gains from breeding, as well as there being a chance for extra babies to spawn from breeding. The chances for an extra baby to spawn being the same as the extra chickens from an egg projectile, or a 3.125% chance for an extra baby mob to spawn.
