spawn wolf breed for creative players

make creative player can spawn wolf with random breed without needing to spawn them in their specific biome "current problem" : bedrock flat world does not have biome which make it more complicated for creative player to spawn wolf that they wanted even though theres command, but not all people have access to command and its easier just to spawn them with random breed for creative players with spawn eggs

    I have a build world that I've been using for 3 years and I really like it, it's creative and I just build pixel art and houses but now the wolf variants are out and since it's a flat world there are no biomes and I can't find any cheat codes to summon the certain variants so what do I do? Why can you just summon random cats with the spawn egg but not with the wolf one?? Anyone know?
