New curse and enchantment idea

So for a 3rd curse in minecraft, I think curse of Weakening would be very cool. it would be applied to swords and axes only and be basically the opposite of sharpness, it would make ur swords do around 30 percent less damage and u cant get rid of it, it could come in book form from villagers and be found on loot in chests.

Enchantment idea could be Frost Aspect. Just like fire aspect it would give off an effect to mobs hit with it for a couple of seconds, It would be only available to swords and if a mob gets hit, it gets the freezing effect for around 5 seconds. Also, in snowy weathers it could be 10 seconds instead of 5 and it would not be affected by rain.
