Inverse Wind Charge

The Inverse wind charge acts as the opposite of a wind charge: instead of pushing entities away, it pulls them in.

This would be a craftable item, crafted with a wind charge and an enderpearl.

I think this would be useful for parkour, mob farms, and something that some master redstoner could think of.

  Had similar idea that would launch these from a spell book to act like a tornado when constantly fired.
  Inverting a wind charge would have to be cheap, maybe adding a snowball to “compress air”? ”Winter or whirl charge?”
