Add a /command command

A command thats /command should be created for datapacks

it would work like /command remove/create/modify "Command name" "Datapack function name" "Permission level"

you could also do /commandalias add/remove "Command name" "Commandalias name" "Datapack Function" "Permission level"

it would be way better than having to do something like /trigger or /function it would just be one simple
