Completely buildable boats (or possibly other forms of vehicles)

There should be a block that can act like the raft thingy from lego Fortnite, as in you can place blocks on top of it and they will be able be used for vehicles. This would make exploration more fun as you can mount a custom built boat or possibly a car or plane. This would definitely be a great improvement to Minecraft as it would boost creativity like Mojang always wants
