Summoning Elder Guardian

Elder Guardian should be summonable by making a fully powered conduit & filling the inner space with soulsand. Purpose? For a fun, reusable mini-boss fight and utilize mining fatigue against griefing or for dungeon-making. Maybe update the boss fight so that it spawns 2-4 guardians after half-health.
