Saturation on bedrock

Bedrock edition has painfully slow regen speed. Changing it to be more in line with java (with saturation) would make it much more playable, and make it more accessible to those on console and mobile. If this could break content designed for marketplace a gamerule to toggle the behavior would work fine.

    Well, here's the problem, and it makes it difficult to play Minecraft Bedrock, especially in hardcore mode. Slow and poor regeneration makes us die quickly.
