Dead Forest: A New Biome for the Nether

The last time we got a new biome was 1.16 or 5 years ago. The dead forest would be a burned oak forest in a way. This would give you a black wood type: burned . The leaves would also be dead and it would be cool if we finally got a physical update to the Nether.
