Copper rails

Copper Rails. Crafts like electric rails but instead of gold, copper is used. It stops the minecart for an adjustable duration, then accelerates it in the same direction it was traveling before the stop, just like electric rails. The stop duration is controlled by the level of redstone signal; if the redstone signal is at 5, then the stop will last 5 seconds.
