Yes, yes, and yes. This would be so helpful and add a more useful addition to rotten flesh.

Suggestion: Give Rotten Flesh More Uses

Rotten flesh has few applications, so I’d like to suggest a few ways to make it more useful.

    Accelerate Copper Oxidation

It would be interesting to allow rotten flesh to accelerate the oxidation of copper blocks. Currently, waiting for copper to oxidize naturally is quite frustrating, especially for builds requiring large quantities at various stages. Just as honeycomb can wax copper to prevent oxidation, rotten flesh could serve the opposite function: accelerating oxidation.

    Make Rotten Flesh Compostable

It would also be interesting to allow rotten flesh to be placed in a composter. It makes sense for an organic item like this to be compostable, and it would add value to a resource that tends to accumulate in large quantities.

    Add a Hunger Potion

A Hunger Potion could utilize the mechanic already associated with rotten flesh. Eating rotten flesh can inflict the Hunger effect, causing the hunger bar to deplete faster. The potion could accelerate the loss of saturation and hunger, allowing the player to eat again sooner.

It could also have interesting combat applications, causing an opponent to lose hunger faster and forcing them to use more resources to stay healthy.

I've been thinking about this for so long! I think it makes so much sense if rotten flesh was compostable. I'd REALLY love to see this happen!
