Slabs, Chiseled Variants, Grindstones and Stonecutters Rework

The addition of the stonecutter as an item has in my opinion opened up an opportunity to change the crafting recipes for some decorative blocks in order to allow the re-combination of slabs. As it stands, two slabs can not be crafted back into a full block, for the reason that this crafting recipe is needed to make Chiseled block variants. With the introduction of the Stonecutter however, this issue can be resolved. Switch the method of obtaining Chiseled blocks to be exclusive to the stonecutter so that slabs can be crafted back into their original forms. Additionally, add the ability to return chiseled blocks to their original form through placing them in a Grindstone, as if you are grinding the surface of the block flat. These changes would allow for more creative freedom in the use of specialized blocks such as slabs, bricks and chiseled blocks.
