Ability to create a potion of bad omen with an ominous banner in a still. The levels are 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 depending on the number of threatening banners in the still.
1 banner = level 1 potion
2 banners = level 2 potion
3 banners = level 3 potion
4 banners = level 4 potion
5 banners = level 5 potions
